No Message, tried calling back constantly busy. Seems to be scammer

Pretending to be Amazon. I do have an account but not the one they think and I'm on the do not call list. Couldn't understand the name she gave as very heavy accent.

Claiming to be Visa in relation to two transactions. Clearly a scam.

Tried calling this number back 2 minutes after they rang and apparently it's not connected....

Constant missed calls. Call back "number out of service".
