Claims they are from telstra then hung up

Another caller who did not leave a message SCAMMER

Asian woman with very poor English skills called, but I couldn't understand her opening spiel. Asked her to repeat what she said, but she hung up. Obviously some sort of scam. I must have been too much hard work.

Called stating from Visa and Mastercard security claiming illegal transaction. transferred to another operator claiming to be commonwealth bank. Wanted me to open google file. Became aggressive when I refused. Hung up.

usual - phone rings - i answer - delay in someone talking - Indian caller with a very anglicised name - claims to be from nbn and has been monitoring my internet speed - wants to upgrade it free ! - another scam, caller got annoyed that i didn't believe him ...

Called, no message left

Caller: Suspected scammer

Didn't answer and no voicemail left. Phoned number back less than a minute later and got American Robo-voice noting "voicemail full and not accepting any further messages at this time, goodbye" Blocked straight away.

Didn’t recognise the number and didn’t leave a message.

Scan caller stating they were from Telstra calling about my phone service. Really poor effort from the young lady caller

Call on home phone (2nd since the weekend from this same number) so answered and caller claimed to be "Alex" (distinctly sub-continent accented) from VISA & Mastercard Security Department. When I queried the purpose of the call, claimed I'd had 2 potentially illegal transactions on my card earlier today .... knowing this was a scam call, simply hung up, blocked the number and now reported along to Scamwatch.

Auto blocked by phone...leave no message...suspect, also used (03) 9192 4970
