Just another imposter scam call pretending to be Telstra. Telstra have always just disconnected the phone if the bill payment was late. They never called. No wonder they lose customers with dismissive attitudes like that. Its best to visit the local Telstra shop instead of wasting your time calling some call centre with idea.
