Survey Scam

Said they were collecting survey data but couldn't answer simple questions about what or who the data was collected for, other than for them. Data direct Melbourne, or something like that.

Caller: scamming scumbags

Someone left the door open and the scammers escaped..

Caller: some heavy breathing tea towel wearing brown body

Said he wanted a camel for some fun times.

On the landline that shares my name with my mobile number I got private caller. The woman me by my name, was I me. She tried to brush off when I asked who she was was. She had a posh older Aussie accent. I said who are you and why are you calling me? And she said thank you for your time and hung up. I had that private number coming through for at least a few days so I decided to answer it. I think it’s the same people trying my mobile as it’s come through in the same week. Anyway I’ll block this number on my mobile. Thanks

They called our business mobile. I answered and heard someone speaking in the background, and they hung up on me within seconds.

Dogs, if you try n ring back: optus regrets the phone number is not connected.

said they wanted me to partake in a short survey dodgy don't answer

Caller: Called back computer generated

Obviously scam marketing

trolling for information on ownership of house ownership, mortgage and financial position. Starts off by saying its a survey and it will only take a minute. You will receive phone calls days later asking for you to invest in investment properties.

I didn't answer but called the number back and got a long engaged signal. It seemed like a computer generated call
