MBS visit and upgrade Rang this caller + 61 3 9131 0780 male voice asiatic called “JACK” claimed to be Victorian survey of exhaust fans for free Govt sponsored upgrade of fans age in a 3 story building I said dated from 1984 now close to 40 y old x4 wanted appointment time had a name and address confirm - vague agree unknown to me — specific time for technician ti come and visit dovuofrade Ring follow day ti confirm when person to admit - Free. Upgrade must have physical appointment - no flyer in mail tying this one up - similarity to a NSW upgrade of water to heat pump need documentation . Scam ellavorate Blockwd
