They didn’t leave a message on my mobile but I called them on a landline and a message came on, American accent, sounded like a call centre, and they said they were busy but I could wait for the next available agent. I rang again and got a person who said they are ringing every home to offer a system of summer cooling and heating.

Legally I changed my first name 2 years ago and they used my old first name when saying "Is this X?"
I have no idea how long I've been on their list!! Or how I got there.
