Caller: Probe Probe is a debt collecting company that Afterpay uses to deal with unpaid debt. Afterpay shares your contact information to them. The number is usually on accompanied by a person. It’s just their system calling you. Maybe it’s to remind you that you have to pay. If you call probe and set up a pay by instalment with them, the phone calls will stop. You have the option of paying via afterpay or using the probe portal.

Caller: Indian guy claiming to be probing or wants to probe me I answered after 5 days of calls from this number. The Indian guy knew my first name and claimed to be calling about a case with Probe company or something like that. He said they do money related things like inherence but then said debts too. So I asked is this about a debt and he said he could not tell me what it was about at this time as he needs to confirm i am. He claimed he needed my full name, mainly my last name. I said i was not comfortable with giving that out to someone who cant tell me what they want. I firmly refused to give my name stating he must know it as he used my legal full first name, not part or even said wrong being unusual, so he must know the rest of my details plus he called me. I suggested that he tells me my name and I will say if its right or what as he kept refusing to say what the call involved until I gave my name. This went around in circles for about 5 mins at this point. He wasn't pushy which was wierd just refused to say why he called but can't say why...sooo...He finially said to me, "that's fine, I will make note you refused to cooperate and we will no longer attempt contacting you in regards to this matter" he also told me an email to confirm this and things will be escalated due to my non co operating. He then said goodbye, then hung up. I never got my probe...lol

Caller: Probe Said I was referred to them. Said "You have already eceived an email from us," and when I promptly checked and said I hadn't, he said " Oh we will send you one" When I started to ask questions he said "Okay goodbye" to which I said "If you are calling me surely you want me to stay on the line" to which he said, I thought you wanted to go. He did end up not answering questions and saying goodbye.

Caller: Indian lady ⚠️ BIG WARNING ⚠️ The lady had a heavy accent and after refusing to say which company they worked for and wrongly claiming that they/she ?? had sent me emails and messages (total lie) I pointed out that her call was flagged as a scam call. Her response was "yes it is" and that unless i gave her all of my details, she had to go. (I am not making this up or elaborating)
