Caller: Someone claiming to be from Telstra The 'lovely' lady said she was from Telstra and they had detected some issues with my internet over the past few days. I lead her on for a while, asking clarification questions, confirming that Telstra provided internet services to ALL other ISPs etc. She kept wanting to get back to me being in front of my computer so she could help me. I thanked her for being so concerned for my welfare, and then asked her if I needed to pay for this service. It was at that point that she hung up lol
