Caller: On behalf of the Victorian Energy Upgrade program Claimed to call on behalf of the Victorian Energy Upgrade program and proceeded to ask about my exhaust fans. When I asked what was their company’s name, the caller repeated that they were from the Victorian Energy Upgrade program. I asked for the name two more times and the caller became rude and asked if I was stupid. Most likely trying to fleece the Victorian government through bogus claims.
