Caller: Overseas pretending to be local callers

Energy company call centre becoming a pest now with their regular calls.

Call centre so I hung up immediately.

Overseas call centre claiming to be "energy.vic.gov.au" offering a $1,900 rebate on gas hot water. They won't tell you their business name and responded with "What's that?" when I asked what their ABN was. Looks like they use purchased lists from somewhere as they knew my name, and old postal address. When I pushed for more information about their business name, eventually the person on the other side giggled and then hung up.

Tried to call back. No connection
