Caller: Simon Wilson

We had LED replacement on Wednesday 29th June 2022. Since the installation of the LED lights, now my light don’t work, the fuse trips. I was contacted by Simon Wilson, that recalled that he sent an electrician on the 29th June, and was told by him was definitely going to send an electrician on Saturday 2nd June. No one had contacted me since then. Now I am trying to call Simon Wilson back on the same number (03) 9123 4570, when I ring the number just says goodbye. Where as previously would ring and it used to say you are valid customer and hold, you hold for 5 minutes and at the end goodbye. He mattered about the company name Austral Victoria LED upgrade. It appeared to be genuine because I got and email from a Person Robert, from Victoria LED Lighting, the email didn’t have company logo or contact number. So not sure what company they are from. I had been dealing with ELITE before.
When the installer was there on Wednesday, my husband didn’t get his name or phone number, because the person said to him we will send you mail with a certificate for warranty of 10 years. I haven’t received the certificate as well or a follow up. So don't know how to find them to come back to attend to the faulty insulation.
