Caller: Unknown

Caller (sub-continental accent claiming to be "Ethan") rang my mobile offering the "Victorian Government initiative to upgrade your hot water system". As I am on the Do Not Call Register and am not in need of updating what is already a very efficient and low cost hot water system I politely said "No thank you", then hung up. Shortly after I received another call from the same person insisting they "need to speak with you" so, I let fly, hung up and blocked the number. I rang the number back to check and the message was "The number you have dialled is currently unavailable" therefore, this is more than likely a scammer!
