Caller’s voice had a slight accent
Sounded like she was in a room with others - background noise

So "Kevin" from Telstra Techincal Support department, when I asked where re was really calling from, he hung up - sounds like in a massive call centre

Allegedly from Telstra support stating that my IP had switched from private to public lmao. They asked me to go to “check my ip” on google and go from there. In a large call centre with numerous people heard in the background. We had a good fifteen minute chat, she called me an idiot for calling her out. Her “employee number” was 62345688 and allegedly they’re located at 242 exhibition street in Melbourne. Hahaha

Received 2 calls in row and they hung up as soon as I answered

Frequent calls from this number. Have blocked now. Thanks to all for comments.

Caller: An indian sounding lady claiming to be from the NBN.

(03) 9123 1079 Called me in this number which can't be called back.
They know NBN is being serviced in our area.
They try to get remote access to your computer by getting you to download software such as Any Desk.
Do not do it, they want to hack you...

I hope they read this...
It is unfortunate for people who think that God doesn't exist just because they don't believe in him and are limited in knowledge.
These people are in for a rude awakening in God's judgment day, unless they get their act together and look for answers from the bible and have the humility to consider that they might actually be in the wrong.
That is, if they honestly want to be happy and live forever.

I was expecting a call from Melbourne, so I answered.
There was a slight delay, then they hung up.
Like others on this Forum, I think this is a scam call number.

Call about my Telstra IP. Wasn’t using a PC and don’t have a Telstra account. I laughed at them and they called me an idiot!

Called but I could not answer at that time. No message left. After reading above comments, I am glad I did not answer.

Scam call, claiming to be Visa

Lady with Indian accent, claimed to be calling from NBN. When I asked what NBN stood for she hung up, lol. Definitely a scam. Blocked!!

Spammers trying to steal banks card informations.

Caller: Said they were NBN

Said they were from NBN and had a lot of background noise - wanted me to check my internet speed - claiming that I was not getting what I paid for.
When my speed test was perfect I said to them -"what's my address if your NBN?" - they then stopped talking and phone call ended lol
They used to say Telstra now they've caught on that it's not just Telstra who look after everyone so they're trying NBN. - morons from India!!!

Caller: Claimed to be Commonwealth Bank

Claimed to be from Commonwealth Bank, but when number recalled, it is a dead number.

Answered the phone heard static then they hung up, a lot of comments saying scam.

Caller: The automated call did not identify themselves

There was a delay in answering, then automated call mentioning account for money spent from a Visacard. Hang up Scam caller.

Did not answer the phone. Voicemail message was left. There was one word in english and the rest of the call was in an asian language, sounded rather automated.

Caller: Ebay scammer

Ebay scam voicecall .wanting to deduct money from my bank when made no recent purchase . The caller was wanting me to press some number .i hung up and blocked the scammer.

They hung up when I answered phone.

The guy had an accent and said he was from the Commonwealth Bank.
He asked whether I had approved a $500 transfer to a travel company.
When I quizzed him where he was from he hung up.
