Scammer. Claim to be from Visa AND Mastercard and they've intercepted an online purchase of >$1000. Press 1 to approve, 2 to decline. So I hung up and blocked them instead.

Caller: SCAM - A guy with an Indian accent calling from NBN supposedly

I don't have NBN. Obviously a scam calling mobile numbers

rang late evening and left a voicemail entirely in Chinese. Not sure if ive been cursed or blessed

Scammer. Claim to be from Paypal and that an Transaction of $800 is needing approval - Press 2 to approve, 1 to decline. I don't have a paypal account. Blocked

I answered and was told it was Pay Pal and there was a suspicious transaction on my account I had a previous one last week being the same. I checked my PayPal account and there is no suspicious transaction and I haven't used PayPal in quite some time

Recorded message claimed it was visa and that they'd stopped a $900 purchase of bitcoin from being charged to my visa. Then gave instructions about pressing numbers if I wanted to allow the transaction. I hung up before it finished

I also received a call just now from this person claiming to be from Amazon, saying I had an unverified charge on my account last night. I had enough foresight to know it was a scam and asked him to outline exactly what details he had of mine. He knew I was on to him so hung up. scammer! do not supply your details if someone from this number calls!
