Scammer. Claim to be from Visa AND Mastercard and they've intercepted an online purchase of >$1000. Press 1 to approve, 2 to decline. So I hung up and blocked them instead.

Caller: Paypal Claimed to be from Paypal, knew last two digits of my card (though I didn't confirm that) and my email. Claimed a suspicious transaction so I hung up.

Caller: Pay Pal I answered and was told it was Pay Pal and there was a suspicious transaction on my account I had a previous one last week being the same. I checked my PayPal account and there is no suspicious transaction and I haven't used PayPal in quite some time

Caller: Scammer Phishing. Don't answer and block the number! Recorded message claimed it was visa and that they'd stopped a $900 purchase of bitcoin from being charged to my visa. Then gave instructions about pressing numbers if I wanted to allow the transaction. I hung up before it finished
