Caller: 91220973 FYI the Do Not Call register doesn't apply to market research, charities, or political polling. And most numbers are acquired through "random digit dialling" where numbers are randomly generated by a computer, with no information about the number.

They left a heavy breathing message. But could hear others talking in the background. Mostly a call centre or scammers.
