I am a New Zealander, this number called me from Melbourne in Australia.

Claimed to be from Roy Morgan and asked me a bunch of survey questions about my viewing habits online for streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Neon, Sky etc.
I was also asked some demographic questions such as age, ethnicity, city, occupation and income.

Unsure if it was legitimate or not as i haven't ever received a phone call like such but wasn't bothered by the demographic questions and the survey was actually quite interesting lol

This is a legitimate caller Roy Morgan Research (https://www.roymorgan.com/) they will ask all sorts of question depending on who they have been hired by for Survey work. the process takes 30mins or so. Answer the questions your name gets get put into the running for a gift card or some such thing. It's legitimate, they have a privacy act policy and actually decent security but can be annoying.

If the caller was legitimate,they would leave a message.I consider this a scam call.Despite being on the do not call register.these unsolicited calls get through.
