A lady saying she is from Mirco soft by the name of Trish*ta , asking to speak to IT i said ill get someone to call you back she got angry said NO so i got firm and said no ill get someone to call can i have your number please she said there is no number to call me back i want to speak to your IT team i said no and hang up. she kept calling back about 4 times in the end i said no no i am not putting your through give me your details she said no so i hang up on her again.

Caller: I don't know Has called multiple times over the last few days, if I answer, I can mute the call and it will stay connected for 5-10 minutes - silence. If you call back the number, it will ring then divert to another number then hang up. Scamish...

He claimed to be from ccr refunds department. I am assuming that ccr stands for credit card refunds. Either way, I hung up, and have blocked the number.
