Caller: Oak Road The Wine Group I bought wine from The Wine Group call centre numerous times over covid and now I receive numerous calls a day/week from telemarketers (using different 03 9121 numbers) to buy even more wine. They are relentless. I have had to change my phone setting to not allow any incoming calls if I don’t know the number. Very frustrating.

Caller: Wine seller Phone indicated likely spam so I ignored the call. I rang back and got a very inquisitive wine telemarketer who tried his level best (unsuccessfully) to discover who I was. TIP. Ring back from a Telstra public phone (free). Lucky me I have one outside my shop.

My new phone identified this caller as Spam. I ignored the call and guess what? No voice msg followed my greeting invitation.
