Constantly calls me at random times I've never answered due to the lack of voicemail.

This number left me a silent voicemail. Call came from Melbourne apparently.

I called them back because if it goes straight to voicemail then you can tell who it is.
It’s a “research centre” AKA nuisance survey call.

Have answered once, I believe it was a scam as I blocked & flagged it, still get notified that this number keeps trying to call, 4 times in the past week, bro is obsessed. Talk about attachment issues lol
