Caller: John from Draught Stopper Govertment initiative

He said John from Draught Stopper Government initiative (with south continent accent). Offering free Draught Stoppers and asked what time works best to received them. I said you might have got the incorrect numbers as I don't need them. But he then become very rude and abusive, even swearing.

Dinner time call from an unknown number. I suspect it’s a spam caller

spam, trying to sell you sth

This number calls me randomly a few times a week no voice - and then just automatically hangs up when i answer???! It's weird.
I try to call back and abuse them and it goes immediately to the engaged signal.
Are these guys phishing or something???
What's the point of continually calling then hanging up?? I don't get it. It's very annoying.....
