Missed call so I rang back: Victorian Energy assistance line - probably wanting to give me shower heads, draught stoppers, etc.

Michelle from Victorian Electricity Upgrade. Heavily accented and with the typical 'call center' echoes in the background. Bloody nuisance and ignore this call.
