Caller: Spammer Male phoned saying he was from Telstra; some people have been using my internet. Can you switch on your computer? Is it Mac or Windows? At that point I said, I don't have a Telstra account. He said this is for your internet usage, not from Telstra. At that point I hung up and blocked the caller.

It’s 100% a hoax (scam call), they also identified themselves as from telstra and told me my internet was slow. I told them I was a policeman who prosecuted cyber criminals and they hung up. Caller blocked forever, problem partially solved !
