recieved call from this number and when I answered I got a recorded message saying I owe $199 for some package.

Called from "eBay" apparently about $299 on my account. They hung up before I could troll them

Caller: Said they were from eBay Wanted me to give them my name, I refused, said they had my number, that should be sufficient for them to know who I am if I was on their system. They kept asking for my name, I kept refusing to give it to them, and they abruptly hung up. Dodgy as.
