Caller: Not in service

My phone didn't even ring so obv a robocall. Phoned back and the response was "This number is not in service". Why do they bother??? Weird.

This number has called me 3 times in 2 days. I answered the first time which was my mistake, I hung up immediately after the questions started. I have not answered after and have now blocked this number. I typically do not answer phone calls from unknown numbers as I figure if it is important they will leave a message and I will return the call, unfortunately working from home has me answering them all :(

Was expecting a call, so was more open to when they asked for me by my first name. They then said they were 'Lifestyles Australia', wanting to know how life had changed and had four questions to ask for a survey that responses would be sent to the local council to help know what our area needs. Asked age range; marital status; renting or paying a mortgage and income range. I was vague, but stupidly answered. Be careful, because I was reminded by a friend that some fraudsters record you and then open up accounts, or change your energy company by using your voice saying 'yes' to questions, and they insert your voice into the contract. Better not to answer, just say 'not interested' and hang up.

I have had a few calls from this number Thank goodness I am not as nimble as I used to be so the caller hung up before I could pick up my phone

Called, new my name, but not the one I currently use (ie. used maiden name). Asked me if he could ask questions about how we have found life with covid19. Asked me some personal questions to which I answered “ I comment”. Asked me why I was not answering (a bit rudely). I told him I didn’t give out personal information over the phone. He said well f*#k you then and hung up.

same as above, delayed response to hello but I hung up before they could respond. blocked the number

Definitely a scam pretending to be a telemarketer.

I had a call from this number. When I said hello, no-one answered. I said hello about 3 times & just before I hung up, there was some indiscernible shout at the other end.

Missed call in my mobile. Call fails when called back. I’ve blocked the number given other reports. Seems like a scam.

I answered and the woman on the phone said she was from “Lifestyle Victoria”. I told her that I wasn’t interested and she informed me that they would ring me everyday and hung up. I welcome your daily calls c*nty so I can have some fun with you. I’ll play along as I’ve got time to spare so you think you’re going to make some money but it will never come.

"Hang up" calls made almost daily to my old phone that I barely ever use. Is annoying and clearly a nuisance caller

As there was a considerable pause after I answered the phone, I knew it was a telemarketer.
Straight away, I asked the male what he was trying to sell me, “listen here you f..ing bitch” was his reply, “I beg your pardon” I asked just in case I was mistaken, then he went right off, yelling and swearing at me 😮

Accidentally answered. Said they were 'Lifestyle Australia' and wanting to find out how life has changed under Covid. I said I just googled them and... they hung up.

scam. Filipino accent. When questioned he became abusive so I returned the favour.

They called and didn't leave a message. Fortunately I didn't answer. If they can't leave a message they must be dodgy.

Asked me if my husband was at home. Then asked if I was Mrs ...... (correct surname) I asked what his company name was, he said it was a private company & he was ringing on behalf of the Government. I then said to him that if he was surveying on behalf of the government then he would know that my husband was
f -----g dead. Surprise,surprise he hung up.
