Hang up on me when I didn’t answer her questions about myself

Said they were from the council doing a lifestyle survey, Knew my name
Hung up when I questioned them.

Scam Indian call centre claiming to be "City of Victoria Council". There is no such thing. When when I questioned them they mentioned some other council name. Clearly grasping at straws.

I called the number back and an American accent said "this number is not in service" so an obvious scam!!

Called regarding a quick survey. Answered questions. When I phoned back the number it was disconnected??

Called back and found number not in service

Tried calling them back. A message said the number was not connected.
