Ringing on two numbers, when I answer they hang up

Number rings me at least 4 times a day. Over it

they call me then don't answer

They called it was not a number in my contacts the call went to answering service and they did not leave a message so I would say it is spam why not leave a message if you are not.

This automated voting intention survey phoned my mobile. I didn't answer. Then they phoned my landline (unlisted number). Don't know how they got this number. I completed the survey, which only took a couple of minutes.
