Caller: Scammers pretending to be ATO

Threatening Robo call from "ATO" threatening arrest and all sorts if I didn't call back. Called three times into a call centre of Indian-sounding people with very Anglo-sounding names. They demand personal information and hang up on you if you ask any questions.

Reckons there is a lawsuit against you and to call back immediately. As if

Called and said that there was a lawsuit being filed under my name and if I didn’t call them back an arrest warrant would be issued. This is pathetic, why would anyone do this to another person? What is wrong with people.

Same thing, Microsoft sam voice threading a law suit and to immediately.

Caller: Didn’t answer they left a text message

You need to ring back there is a law suit against you getting sick of these I get at least 10 a day from different numbers just keep blocking them

Said I am calling from Australian Taxation office I wish I could have recorded the conversation could get at least 1.9 billion likes.
The moment he realised I know it is scam he started talking in my language the rest is history

As above, "tax office...debt... Legal action..." blagh blagh blagh. I used to work for the Australian Tax Office and rest assured this is a scam as this is NOT how they collect debt!

(03) 9111 5787 Robocall, message claiming to be from the ATO threatening a lawsuit from tax affairs.

I just missed their call and yes, they left a message saying I am getting sued.

They called me to demand me calling them back twice already. One was in January and another one was just this afternoon.

Dodgy as - I'm going to get arrested if I don't call them back. Oh no!

Robo call saying I would be arrested if I didn't ring back.
Delete and block

Received this call. Dunno who it is so I assume it's a scam.
