someone wanting surveys done

They did not answer, when I called back message said the were a marketing call and they complied with the do not call legislation, this is crap because I am on the do not call. They should be Black Listed

Hung up seconds after I answered without saying anything, so called them back, blocking my number, to get their voicemail after it rang out for quite a while.

I answered and they hung up ???
