Caller: Ambulance Victoria Ambulance Victoria calling me about my membership renewal. I didn’t pick up but they left a message. I also got an SMS and email reminders, so it is legit.

Caller: Ambulance Victoria Got this while travelling - the voice message was unclear so checked the transcript to see that it was from a Stephen from "Ambers between" and he was leaving a 1300 number about a membership. Given all the issues with spam etc chose NOT to click any links or use the 1300 number given as it didn't show up on a google search. Instead used the number that the SMS showed that it came from as this DID show up on Google search as belonging to AMBULANCE VICTORIA and discovered my membership was overdue as I'd forgotten to update my details to a new card. Using the website , membership is active again and did not have to worry about potential spam/hack by following the ''instructions'' on the sms. Trust this helps!
