im sick to death of this number. If it is Latitude as some suggest then they need to be booted up the bum. All i get when it calls me is i dont understand you and hangs up.. surelly this would be against the banking code of practice and surely they MUST have to have a REAL person contact you not this horse dung??

If this is Latitude then they need a new AI Bot as all it says is i dont understand you....and then hangs up.. Surelly this would be against the banking code of conduct?

Caller: Latitude Mastercard Latitude Bank calling using an AI Bot to request payment for outstanding debt. Robotic voice explains that answers to question must be 'yes' or 'no'. There is no facility to call back and you cannot ask questions. This is just one of the numbers they use for this purpose.
