They just called me this morning, do not reply yes or no to when they state your sensitive information. Definitely a scam/ spam call

Caller: Claims to be your energy company They claim they can offer you a 19% discount with your existing provider, but say they need you to get one of your current bills to tell you how much you'd save. Shouldn't they have that information already? Advised the rep we would call our company directly and ask for the discount - only then did she say that they are a 3rd party company.

No they are not Scammers.Actual company never called the cx directly..it is a wrong concept..it is a sales call...and they are just comparing rates

Caller: supposedly an energy provider This caller rings saying they are from your energy provider and that because you have a 'business' at your residential address you must change to a commercial tariff which they will assist you with. They know your provider, your NMI number, address and name but are scammers, tell them you will contact your actual energy company and hang up on them.
