Didn't answer, but when I rang back the number had been disconnected all in the space of 2 minutes, number blicked

Caller called my number which is registered with the do not call registry, they are supposed to clean their data base against this registry, so they have unlawfully called me. They are claiming to be involved with a Victorina State Government incentive scheme and are trying to solicit business which is also against the law. when you call their number back you are advised that the number you have called is not connected which is also a breach of the law.

He started off talking about exhaust fan covers, and then moved onto covers for evaporative coolers. Told him I didn't have an evaporative cooler and he hung up.
