Caller: They said they were Green Solar I asked the name of the company, she told me. She said she wanted to ask me a quick question - did I have solar panels. As I am on the Do Not Call Register I wanted the information to put on my report so I asked if she works for Green Solar directly or for another company. She said she didn't have time for that and hung up. I called back and got an engaged tone so from all of this it could be fraudulent.

When I answered a mans voice asked, “Is that you M****?” and I answered “yes”. Call disconnected. Every time I try to phone back “User Busy” response.
