I work for a large international corporation.Their sales-person rang my direct line asking to speak to the "Electricity Account Holder".After explaining which organisation they had reached and that I doubt I could find the "Account Holder", the sales-person became rude, abrupt and abusive.Needless to say, I terminated the call.Good luck getting the business of this Multi-Million $ cashcow!
