The callers leave no message just ask a lot of questions and snoop, but I know they are Debt Collectors. They harass me multiple times every day. They started harassing me in April 2017 after my husband died and I was seriously injured, hence the reason for my debt. Despite advising them I only recently returned to work and need to have a home first, they still continue to harass me. Most of the debt is not even mine. Methods they use are home phone, mobile, SMS, work phone, snail mail, email, deliver letters in person, come to my front door, sneak around my house at night, look for my car in the garage, wait in a parked car or moped out front of my house, work, school, jump my fence and try to manipulate my dog, private investigators. They are unbelievable. My son at 5yo who lost his father is no longer safe to go outside to take his dog for a walk because they have even approached him. They have tried to trick my real estate & the receptionist at work into giving them personal information about me. These are the lengths they go to. It's wrong. I always paid my bills but sometimes life happens. I told them I would catch up, just give me time, but no. I'm so tired of the stress they create I'm getting legal advice and with a bit of luck they will be ordered to leave me alone.

Robot call from overseas pretending to be in Melbourne Australia. Whoever it is can get stuffed. If they want to talk to me about anything important, an Australian human in Australia can call me and talk to me. And if they ask me to give personal information before identifying themselves first, they can get stuffed again. Parasites.

I don't answer as when it is an "unusual
" looking number, it is most likely a telemarketer, bullsh*t collector or simply a scammer. If it relates to Eastlink tolls, assuming Citilink and Eastlink send "debts" to the same company, it is likely to be Dunn & Bradstreet, who are renowned for recruiting staff offshore and staff in Melbourne who originated in Asia Minor...

Recieved Call, at 5:41pm, a person with a poor indian accent asks to speak to me, i reply yes, then he then says, sorry please disregard this call, then hangs up,
Company there collecting for is Eastlink, they are usualy contacting you in regards to overdue eastlink toll fees.

Not sure what other companys they collect for, but very poor manners and grammer,
There communication skills are terrible.

Worst Debt Collection Company ever, doesn't leave a message, Hired by Eastlink for overdue account/user fees.. Returned phone call to explain all matters settled with Eastlink,
Phone operators all seem indian decent, very poor Communication Skills,
Think i'll close my Eastlink account and go back to Citylink
Eastlink why not spend the money on your own telephone staff to contact customers or perhaps send out a few reminder notices, Your Company is rediculous.

Called to see why the my called so many times. She said she can’t give me information until I give the number. I told her she has called me all day then she goes “actually we have only called your number twice today” . Then when asked what their company is they go on to tell me it’s customer solutions for a number of things, I asked multiple times what for, she couldn’t tell me unless I gave information about myself. I asked why she can’t give general information about what the company does and she wasn’t able to give a reason. Just repeated customer solutions. Pretty messed up.

Call 8 times a day from a No Caller ID
Finally call straight back from a non hidden number & You answer & they say nothing & hang up on you!!
It’s Stalking & harassment.
Many do not answer No Caller ID calls for a reason, so why not speak when they do get through on a non hidden number?

The caller is Probe Group. They're a genuine debt collection agency. If you feel nervous about answering before you know why they're calling, go over the last several months of your bills (electricity, gas etc), to see if you've missed anything. The matter that they're trying to contact you about could be a simple oversight.
