Hate these calls. Stop calling me - I'm not going to provide any information regarding my credit card over the phone, so why bother?

Got a call saying NAB and asking if i received a credit card..I said not sure.then he said thanks goodby.Don't trust any call from anyone saying they are ebay,bank anything they could be stealing your pin number.Or just finding out what your bank is to scam you.Hey i know I'm from the gold coast.

Lucky I googled this number before answering a call from this number!suprise suprise I am also a NAB customer...like someone else mentioned, I thought our info was private...how do these ppl know our info.i won't be answering their calls!

thank god I'm not the only one being called by this number first they ring my mobile which i don't answer then mins later the home phone I wish I could make them stop otherwise the nab will be going

This isn't a scam, it is spam, there is a big difference. It's a company calling on behalf of NAB trying to sell you stuff.

Like someone said earlier, they are still human beings on the other end, and they are just trying to do their job albeit an annoying job. There is no need to be rude or hang up on them. Simply tell them politely that you are not interested and for them to stop calling you. If you are rude to them, they will just put your number back in the rotation to be called again.

I know I know, they should leave a message, or they shouldn't call because you didn't want it, but there is a simple way to stop it without even giving out your personal information! If you ignore it, they will keep calling you.

Didn't expect anything to come up when I typed this number into google. Have missed two calls in the last two days and yes I'm a NAB customer...good thanks. Will def not be answering.

They have called me every day for two weeks. They never leave a voice mail and always hang up..

You haven't paid your credit card payment - they're trying to talk to you.

i have 5 missed calls from this number the last week and a half and am a nab customer also had a number of calls from other numbers acting as a scam i have taken to checking this site after every call from an unknown number

Yep they've been calling me all hours. I answered once, and asked them WTF it was that was so important, she said 'about something we've mailed out to you'. I get statements online, everything else from them is junk so I throw away. NO I DONT WANT YOUR FREAKIN PRODUCTS!!!! If I DID, I would ask YOU about them!!! Gahhh!

call you phone carrier (optus/telstra...ect.), tell them that you received scam call from this number and ask them to block the number from calling you again.

wondering how they get my infomation? Isn't that suppose to be held confidential by the bank?? I received a phone call from this number last week asking me if I received a mail for NAB credit card insurance brochure/package. I did receive but I was cautious on the phone call, so I said no I didn't receive anything. The female who called me then said, ok please check your mail, we will call you back. Then just now, I received another call from this number, a male asked me to confirm my name (not confirming other things like address/DOB), then read out the terms and conditions of the insurance policy...I said, sorry I do not want to have insurance cover at the moment. he kept asking me "you don't want it even it is free? the premium will only be charged if you have money owning on your account on the 15th of every month." I answered firmly "NO"...after hanging up, I found this forum through google. Luckily I didn't believed this phone call in the first place!!

I have had missed calls from this number the passed couple of weeks, but I never answer numbers I dont know anyway.

It's NAB, I don't think it's a scam. Every now and then they send out credit card insurance information in the mail (that I don't ask for, and I've told them in the past that I'm not interested). They'll follow it up shortly afterwards. I received their insurance brochure in the mail on Friday and surprise surprise - I get a phone call from this number this afternoon around 5pm. Wish they would stop harassing me.

yep a nab customer.it costs them or us.hmm.dont answer.just delete/block number.

This number keeps on ringing me as well, not leaving any messages!!!Spoke to NAB, the number doesn't belong to them at all!!!!not even to their Marketing Section/Credit Card Department...No messages are ever left, so for the one who claims they are a NAB employee, get you act together and leave a message like a professional, otherwise you leave us no option, but to think that you are a SCAM and NAB don't recognize your number as one of theirs!!!So back off.........
