I rang back the number (03) 9091 6016 once but got disconnected

I returned a call from this number (03) 9091 6016 but no one answered

Don't know this number. After reading other feedback regarding this number that it is Vodafone. No reason for them to ring me as they are not my service provider, so I declined and blocked number.
