Missed called from number not already listed here. Called back and recorded message that number belonged to “global contact partners”. Then hold music and I hung up.

Judging by the line quality I'd say it has been diverted to some international number while the "hold music played" I would never call back from my mobile only a landline at work which is a silent listing. .
