Doesn't leave voice message, and keeps calling at odd times.

A bit suss when you set up a new sim and get a new number and within 15 mins you get a call from this number and there is just background noise and people chatting.
Thank god i phones can block numbers

Some Client Service from some call service in India trying to speak a US accent

They just keep calling on different numbers every day. I don't answer calls that I don't know and if its important, they can leave a message.

Obviously they are on predictive dialling. Best not to answer as there are some scam calls that charge the call back to you.

I answered. They didn’t say anything and hung up.
