My mobile has 6 numbers from 03 calling over last 3 months... Always an 03 code and the phone number has double digits in it somewhere, such as 9088 6140, 9622 2412, 9989 7048, 9088 4307, 9088 4347... always changing the number at least monthly, always about energy saving but they won't say their company name, they are rude and persistent. Now I don't answer any 03 numbers, and block all of them, fortunately don't expect anyone in VIC to call me!
