Scammers claiming to be from a business called "Business Offers", claiming to call on behalf of electricity and gas companies. They use a different number every other day/week. Including: (03) 9989 7097; (03) 9088 4306; (03) 9088 5034 to name a few. Blocking their numbers obviously hasn't worked out...

Someone with extremely bad English claiming he can do something to “help with the electricity bill your business is paying“. 100% scam.
