Probably Indian scam call centre as has same prefix (03)9088 as other identified Indian Scam calls.
I answered but no reply so I hung upm

Caller: Energy Slamming Outfit

Very polite and well spoken, almost apologetic. Stated up front that call was about electricity account and asked if I had one in my name.

I replied that I did not and that was that. Was definitely a slamming shop, not sure if they had the wrong number as I get a lot of calls for some guy named Matthew Pounds (not me).

Anyway I am in the ACT so they could not have helped me as that market is regulated.

Scam call. No answer on pick up.

Caller: Some f*cking c*nt

Got a call from this number on my mobile. So thought I would call back on my work phone as it comes up as a private number. Instantly as it rings it pops up as an odd ring. Rings for a little bit and then some f*cking stupid female voice says "Goodbye". Seems dodgy to me.

Caller: Scammer

Numbers with (03) 9088 have called me four times this morning from 9.30 until 12. Yesterday they called three times. Have stopped answering the phone and if they continue, I will be blasting them with a whistle etc

She said” can u talk English?” I said “ little bit” then she hang up. 😡

Has called 5 times the past 3 days no message left I assume scam caller

Called me many times with different number, despite I told them I don’t have an electricity account.

Most likely an Energy broker. Called at 10 pm an auto answer said Utilities Renewal and Telecommunications... did not need to hear the rest.

Tried to talk to me about electricity. When I told me I wasn’t interested told me to “calm down” because I didn’t even know what he wanted to talk about. Ummm no. I’ve had over 20 calls from a similar number (same prefix) in the last month. I don’t know if it’s a scam or a sales call but either way being rude won’t get anyone to stay on the line very long.

No message left.

same - called no one there, assume spam.

I answered but no reply so I hung up, most likely a scam - blocked.

Rang out. Didn't leave a message.
