Scammer trying to take control of my phone accounts and claiming to be from vodaphone. After politely asking him to hang up he then proceeded to ask me who my provider was and try to pester me into giving up privelaged details sounds like one of these scammers that are trying to get details so they can order services on your account.

Claims they were from Vodafone (I have no services with them). Call quality from them very bad - not a good selling point :-)

A number of calls over the last week or two from a few different (03) numbers including this one. Just hangs up.

Called this number back and it was an answering machine saying they are from Utility Hub and may have called you recently regarding a marketing promotion???

They rang me and did not leave a message. Called the number and reached a voice recording saying it was a company called Utility Hub and it is for a Marketing campaign. Blocked the number.

called them back (my phone warned me they are Spam marketing?) recorded message was we are calling you about marketing….?
