Just received a call from this number on my work mobile. Hung up as soon as I answered , definitely suss!

Had these people call me twice asking about who paid the energy bills in my home and then offering an energy discount.

I had already told them 'no' the first time and they called me again a week later.

I tried calling back as the male with a foreign accent that I may suspect to be indian/ sri lankan in my opinion.

Was sent straight the voice message telling to leave name.and message etc. In his name. Then the message was repeated in a North American/canadian accent. I was then told my an automated voice the message box for that number is full.

I suspect some sort of scam. Play it safe and dont cooperate. Add them to reject or block list. Dont pick up if they call you back.

Had this number call me. Something about energy bill discounts. Couldnt really understand them.

I dont have any utility accounts in my name...
