My Samsung phone warned me of this dodgy number. I blocked my number and called back; "Optus advises number is unavailable."

Caller: 'Emma', a common Hindi name... They knew my name and mobile number, which is a serious breach of identity and privacy. They have cracked some list somewhere. And yes, it was simply a vic gov sales pitch for already available hot water upgrades. Block 'em!
