Answered and said Hello. I heard an Indian accented call center in the background, but it hung up on me a second later. Not sure, but I suspect if they hear a young man's voice (and not an elderly man or woman) they hang up and don't bother. Yeah, Scammy McScamson

Scammer trying to sell financial products

Got an unsolicited call from this number and picked up. I waited for the caller to speak before I did but they never did and hung up.

Caller: Mortgage scam

Asked me to mortgage my grandma said I would only receive 36 dollars. I said no way.

Caller: Telemarketer, maybe

Recorded message from what sounded like "Income (Pride?)". If legit, it's some sort of financial advice firm.

Something about financial planning. Was hard to hear but it screams scam.

A woman called me from this number. Gave a first name then spoke so quickly that I couldn't understand the name of her organisation, then something about an account. Asked her to repeat the name of the organisation three times but each time her speech was mumbled and fast. It didn't sound like any organisation with which I have dealt. It seemed likely to be a scam call.
