Suspected spam did not answer or return call blocked number

African sound woman who offered some free monitor that could save money. It's a local (03) 9087 4504 number so I answered thinking it was something related to work.
Hung up once I realised as whatever it is, it's not legit and a scam spam.

Caller: Scam

Called, I answered hello, they said hello and then silent and hung up on me.

Called & asked for me by 1st name. No introduction, no self declaration at all. I already have the energy use reader on the meter. They hung up on me because I pretended not to speak English. I called back within 10 seconds - the number dialled is not connected. Go figure, they can call but don't want to be called.

Caller: Indian spammer

Indian spammers that know my name. Even though I’m on a do not call register trying to install powerpal device even though one is already install. I ask a few times what there company is called. They hanged up. They even knock on my door today. Two calls in two days
Even if your not on donotcall register lodge a complaint anyway please.

Caller: ‘Energy saving appliance’

I said where can I find this scheme online she said google it. I said I’d like a link to a Victorian state govt site. Interesting 😏

They hung up immediately

Spam called back came up as disconnected ( within a min oh really)

Scam, no message left and when I call back it says the number has been disconnected. Samsung also says is Suspected Spam - number blocked.

Caller trying to get me to install their free energy saving app and device on my electricity meter in Richmond, Victoria.

Thanks for your update. I did however answer it as I'm waiting on an important call from a landline number. He (Whoever he was?) couldn't even pronounce my name. I'm Like "WHO? There is no one here by that name!!!"

subcontinental unsolicited caller offering free victorian govt power monitor

Calls me at 8pm on a Monday night. Phone say number is spam so I don't answer. No V msg. Reading the above notes, proves it's a spammer.

Missed call, no message received so I am blocking the number based on previous comments

Did not answer.

I answer the call no one on that end I said hello about three so I just hung up
