Didn't answer the phone as it looked like a spoofed number. Called it back (setting phone to not show caller ID) and got an Optus recording saying this number is disconnected......Clearly a spammer/scammer

Caller: Victorian government LED light replacement The company never gives its name and always refers to the Victorian government energy-saving initiative where they would come and replace lights free of charge with new LED downlights etc
