If you have recently looked up a course online for a cost these people will call you relentlessly to get you to commit. I have blocked the number.

Legitimate call from RMIT after leaving details when downloading a course brochure. Not sure if I’ll enrol yet.

All these comments from people claiming to be harassed are ridiculous, just leave zeros as your phone number if you don’t want to be called. Show some common sense.

Have 5 missed calls from this number over 2 days. Won't leave a message and when I have tried to call back the number appears to be disconnected.

Caller: I don't know, guess RMIT?

Seems to match up with others' experiences above. Yesterday had to hand over my details in order to download a brochure about a course. Turned out to be all courses for the university, with minimal information about the one I was particularly interested in. To get a call today hardly surprises me. Lucky I don't answer my phone for numbers I don't know anymore. If they really want to speak to me they can leave a message.

probably the best thing to do is answer and say I'm not interested. That's probably the best way to stop the phone calls.

like everyone else, did a thoughtful look over their site, downloaded a few brochures. If you're looking at this RMIT, you might like to realise that people really don't want to be called back if they're just curious about your offerings and the brochure already has the info we were looking for!!

Arseholes like this who leave fake numbers are the reason we are being harassed.

If you download the course brochure from RMIT online, it'll have you input your contact details. You'll get a call from a course advisor

Apparently I signed up for a Grad Certificate in supply chain and logistics management and that the next intake of people would be in October this year.

Last I checked, I was an over paid politician sending out unsolicited text messages about Ivermectin and how it will defeat covid-19. Not sure why I needed to go back to school

made a brief on line look at RMIT courses, have since been bombarded with emails and phone calls (no msg left) so have blocked both.
Even if I wanted to do a course, I think I would now keep away from RMIT.
Don't they get it ?????

Some forms require a valid number. They place conditional logic for 00000000 and 123456.... type responses.
