Caller: Lisa - suspected Telstra impersonator

Phone call was from Lisa from Telstra sending her manager to our address tomorrow to update stuff. I asked for her employee number and she gave me what I believe to be a fake one, and would not provide a return phone number saying that it was a call centre. When I contacted the real Telstra they said there was no issue on our account, nothing that needed updating, it wasn't a real employee number and there were no notes left on our account so to disregard the phone call.

Telling us they installed our factory LED lights and its time to upgrade them.

This is not the company that installed our LED lights !!!
